My first poetry collection, Shadow Puppets, was released in 2023 with Written Off publishing, exploring the themes of memories, love and family at a time when my Dad and Grandad had dementia.

I am currently developing two theatre performances; a solo full-length spoken word performance- ‘messy human thing’- debuting in Summer 2026 + a collaborative piece -’warped’ - with Miranda Prag

I have devised a fun 80s inspired fitness class- Retro Fit - that I run twice a week at my local gym.
