Messy Human Thing version one is complete! What a joy it was perform it at Morecambe Fringe Festival this year.

Messy Human Thing version 2 is now in development and will be back at fringe festivals as a full length show in 2027!

Emily is overwhelmed. She doesn’t want to fill in the poll. She doesn’t want to add anyone to her calendar. She just really needs to see her friends.

Messy Human Thing is a spoken word show that is equal parts love letter to friends and rant against a world on fire. This show uses the maps of friendship to navigate the relentless storms of subscriptions, notifications and broken systems.
